Thank you for all you guys do! My family and I can't thank you enough. You guys have helped my family and I since we moved to Redmond last year. …When I finish and start my medical assisting career, I promise to give back to community. You all have been a blessing. Thank you!

 

THE EFFORT, TIME, LOVE, AND THE DONATIONS OF THE COMMUNITY HAS ASTOUNDED ME. I HAVE 4 CHILDREN, WITHOUT THE UNWAIVERING SUPPORT FROM YOUR VOLUNTEERS MY CHILDREN WOULD NOT HAVE THAT SMILE. I limit all exposure to people as much as possible and most people don't wear masks so we avoid any unnecessary exposure

The Redmond Food Box Team is especially grateful for our partnership with the school counselors who help us connect with vulnerable families.  At the end of this school year, one counselor wrote:

 

There are not enough words to describe how much the Redmond Food Box Program has meant to the families and staff at Clara Barton Elementary.  Many of the students and families at our school experience food-insecurity and absolutely rely on the program during school breaks.  Then when the pandemic hit, and schools closed for an extended time, so many of our students became even more at risk.  The amazing volunteers in the program have been unwavering in their dedication to make sure that each family receives a box of food- even FRESH produce!  I am in awe of this program and am incredibly thankful for their support.  I am constantly hearing from families that they cannot imagine not having this resource in their lives.  We are so thankful for you Redmond Food Box Program!
